Erica’s special interests include: working with families and connecting them to services, assisting families with identifying their child’s needs and providing them with support, addressing the needs of the whole child within the family and community.
Erica has been working within the Early Intervention Program for 11 years. She started her service coordination career with Erie County from 2008-2013. Erica has been working as an Ongoing Service Coordinator in Monroe County since 2013. She currently provides direct case management to children and their families as well as supervising the Ongoing Service Coordination depart and providing support to the itinerant staff regarding policies and procedures. Erica assists families with touring the Stars preschool program and understanding the transition process.
