Flor de Maria Olivares is a seasoned project management professional currently serving as a Project Management Officer at Liberty of Puerto Rico since July 2022, where standardization of project practices and risk mitigation are key responsibilities. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Business Analyst and IT and Process Coordinator at Arte Express, where implementation of an ERP–SAP system and management of IT infrastructure were executed. Flor de Maria has also held positions such as Master Scrum at ADEMIA, System Analyst at BusPortal, and several other roles, showcasing a diverse background in project management, IT security, and software development. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from the National University of Engineering and a Diploma in Project Management from prestigious institutions, including the Escuela de Dirección de la Universidad de Piura and Tecnológico de Monterrey.
