Claudia Alejandra Garcia Castro is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in technical support and system development. Currently working as an IT Support Specialist at Liberty Networks since December 2021, Claudia previously held roles such as Brand Support & Implementation Specialist at ESET, where responsibilities included the implementation of antivirus and security tools, as well as managing helpdesk support. Claudia has also contributed to system development and maintenance for the Secretar铆a de Educaci贸n del Estado de Honduras and served as an IT Administrator at GeoConsult Honduras. Educational qualifications include a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Tecnol贸gica Centroamericana, a specialization in Ethical Hacking from Universidad Tecnol贸gica Nacional, and a Master鈥檚 degree in Project Management from Universidad Tecnol贸gica Centroamericana.
