Nisha Shetty Shevade is an experienced HR professional with a focus on process excellence, talent management, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of HR Process Excellence and Systems for International operations at Liberty Mutual Insurance, Nisha has held various significant roles, including Talent Advisor for Global Retail Markets in the APAC region and Talent Integration Leader during mergers and acquisitions. Previous positions include Sr. Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Liberty General Insurance, an Associate at peel-works, Head of Talent Management at Tata AIG Life Insurance, and Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at Godrej Sara Lee Ltd. Nisha holds a Master of Management Studies in Human Resources from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and completed coaching training at Erickson Coaching International in 2020.
