Kamil Konopka is an experienced professional in maintenance management, currently serving as the Senior Regional Maintenance Director at Liberty Military Housing since September 2020. Prior to this role, Kamil held the position of General Maintenance Manager at AvalonBay Communities from June 2009 to September 2020 and worked as a Senior Field Service Representative at Miele from November 2005 to September 2008. Kamil's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from the University of Southern Indiana, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University, and an Associate's degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Technology from Lincoln Tech. Kamil is also pursuing further studies at SUNY Westchester Community College since September 2007.
