Hailey Flautt is currently an active member of SDSU Women in Business and Kappa Delta Sorority since September 2022. Previously, Hailey gained experience as a Digital Marketing and Social Media Intern at Orangetheory Fitness from June 2023 to September 2023, where responsibilities included developing digital marketing strategies and creating content for social media platforms. Prior to this role, Hailey served as an Off-Premise Coordinator at Carrabba's Italian Grill from May 2020 to June 2023, managing catering events and communicating with customers. Hailey is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management at San Diego State University, expected to graduate in May 2024.
