Martina Ergotic has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Martina started their career in 2003 as a Marketing Communications Assistant at T-Mobile, where they worked for a year. From 2004 to 2006, they served as a Market Manager at Vaillant. In 2006, they joined Liberty Art Fabrics in London as an International Market Administrator and worked there until 2010. In 2011, they joined Liberty Ltd as a Product Manager and later took on the role of Head of Sales SAM from 2012 to 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Sales Americas at Liberty Ltd.

Martina Ergotic has a strong educational background with a focus on business, marketing, and management. Martina obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Martina attended High School XVI Gimnazija from 1996 to 1999, where they pursued a language-based curriculum. Building on their undergraduate education, they pursued further studies at the University of the Arts London in 2006 and 2007. Here, they completed a Master's degree in Strategic Fashion Marketing at the London College of Fashion. These educational experiences have equipped Martina with a solid foundation in business and marketing, with a specialized focus on the fashion industry.
