Jed Spencer is a City Council Member for the City of Liberty Lake since June 2022 and serves as Vice President at NBS Promos, a position held since October 2005, where responsibilities include servicing client accounts through detailed order processing and project implementation. From July 2015 to June 2018, Jed Spencer was a Board Member and Finance Chair at the Spokane Regional Marcom Association, overseeing accounts payable and receivable. Earlier experience includes member services at BECU and customer service at Pitney Bowes. Jed Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Brigham Young University - Idaho, and graduated from Central Valley High School from 1996 to 1999.
