Gemma Kelly is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administrative support and service management. Currently serving as a Personal Assistant to the Vice President at Liberty Global since November 2021, Gemma has also held the position of Team Assistant within the same company. Prior experience includes roles as Service Desk Manager at both Virgin Media Business and Virgin Media O2 from August 2020 to November 2021. Gemma previously worked at Virgin Atlantic from May 2016 to July 2020 as an Ancillary Sales Agent and at BUPA from June 2010 to May 2016 in Member Services, where promotions led to roles in specialized teams.
