Chris Hendy's work experience includes a role as Employee Services Project Implementation Lead at Liberty Global starting in May 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Blue42 Consulting Limited as a Managing Consultant from January 2014 to May 2020. In this role, they managed the monthly payroll provision for around 1800 colleagues during a period of organizational change and integration with Lloyds Banking Group. Chris ensured compliance with statutory and legal requirements in collaboration with a third-party processing provider.

Chris Hendy attended The University of Huddersfield from 1975 to 1979, where they studied Business Studies. Chris obtained a BA degree in Business Studies during the same time period.
