Krysta Kaner, MA, SHRM-SCP, is a committed professional in organizational effectiveness and talent management, currently serving as Sr. Organization Effectiveness Manager at Liberty Diversified International since September 2018. Krysta leads a team to implement talent management, leadership development, and diversity initiatives, building on previous roles in organization effectiveness and talent management at Northrop Grumman and in various positions at Paycom, Target, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Marriott International, and ARAMARK. With a Master of Arts in Organization Development and Change from the University of St. Thomas and dual bachelor's degrees in Human Resource Development and Communication Studies from the University of Minnesota, Krysta possesses a solid educational foundation complemented by extensive professional experience.
