Michael Thatcher is a dedicated entrepreneur with extensive experience in both the culinary and technology sectors. Currently co-owning Libertango Steakhouse, an upscale Argentinian restaurant in Sandy, UT, Michael combines a passion for fine dining with South American culture. Prior to this venture, Michael co-founded Xima Software, a telecommunications software company, where leadership in strategic initiatives and innovation led to a successful acquisition after 15 years. Michael holds a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Utah State University.
