Ginny Smith currently serves as the Head of Quality Assurance and Improvement at Liaise, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Ginny was a Healthcare Compliance Auditor at MONTREUX GROUP (HOLDINGS) LIMITED from August 2021 to November 2023, and General Manager for Quality & Compliance at PJ Care from June 2012 to August 2021, where Ginny managed a specialist service for individuals with neurological conditions and was a founding member of the Q Initiative. Earlier in the career, Ginny held the position of Head of Quality and Compliance at St Andrews Healthcare from 2003 to 2012 and served as Clinical Services Manager, overseeing a 100-bedded medium secure facility for adolescents with mental health issues and developmental disabilities. Ginny holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Criminology from the University of Leicester and completed secondary education at Helenswood School for Girls, earning 10 GCSEs and 3 A Levels.
