Juan Daniel Cid is a skilled HIL Systems Engineer at LHP Engineering Solutions, specializing in hardware-in-the-loop rack integrations, ECU testing, system tailoring, and on-site commissioning since April 2023. Previously, Juan served as a Systems Engineer focused on hardware-in-the-loop applications, system integration, and automotive functional safety (ISO 26262). At ZF Group, from June 2021 to March 2023, Juan held the position of Functional Safety Manager, overseeing the development of Integrated Electronic Braking Systems, ensuring compliance with safety protocols while liaising with clients and R&D teams. Prior experience includes working as an Automation Engineer for Bühler Group, programming PLCs for factory setups and involved in client communications and commissioning. Juan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Diploma of Education in Robotics and Power Electronics from Shibaura Institute of Technology.
