Vicki Guy is an experienced strategist and architect specializing in executive leadership development, currently serving as a Facilitator and Coach at Essential Training Concepts since 2008. Vicki co-founded the Elevate Leadership Institute in December 2020 and is a Talent Development Coach at LHH. Additionally, Vicki is a Certified Partner with The Predictive Index and an Educator at Duke Corporate Education. Previous roles include Director of Corporate Partnerships at ansrsource, Director of Global Learning and Development at Brambles, and a Sr. Manager in Leadership Development and Sales Training at Forest Laboratories, where Vicki was instrumental in designing competency-based leadership training and developing sales representatives. Vicki holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Processes and Disorders from the University of Florida.
