Niall Keely is a seasoned management consultant and executive coach with a robust background in change management, transformation, and innovative digital solutions. Since founding Niall Keely Consulting & Coaching Ltd in February 2020, Keely has guided client companies through global and local transformations. Concurrently, as an Executive Coach and Career Consultant with LHH since June 2021, Keely has leveraged over 25 years of coaching experience to facilitate successful career transitions across various industries. In addition, Keely serves on the advisory board for Longlive, contributing to the digital health start-up focused on chronic illness management. Previously, Keely held key leadership positions, including Director at MSD, European Commercial Director at Pfizer, and Associate Lecturer at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Keely holds multiple degrees, including an MBA and an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching & Mentoring.
