Katie Clarke is an experienced professional currently serving as Project Lead at the Local Government Management Agency since October 2024. As a co-founder of the Dublin Dolphins, initiated in May 2021, Katie plays a crucial role in fostering community connections through sunrise swims. Previous experience includes working as a Digital Business Analyst at Auxilion, where involvement in a digital transformation project led to the creation of strategic communications plans and user documentation. At Virgin Media Ireland, Katie developed the Thrive wellbeing framework, promoting employee wellness and introducing a wellbeing app. Past roles also include Bid Management at WSP, Bid Analyst at Nicholas O'Dwyer Ltd, and Account Manager at FDM Group, where significant growth in consultant headcount was achieved. Katie is currently pursuing a Professional Diploma in UX Design and holds a postgraduate certificate in Change Leadership, along with a BSc in International Hospitality Management.
