Melanie Dutt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and partnership management. Currently serving as the Director of Partnership Success at SoFi, Melanie also actively participates in industry organizations such as Women of Customer Success and Women in Customer Success, holding roles as a member and founding mentor, respectively. Prior to SoFi, Melanie demonstrated leadership in various roles at OpenGov Inc., including Director of Customer Success for Enterprise and Director of Strategic Accounts and Business Development. Melanie's career encompasses significant positions at Kiefer Consulting, Democrats Abroad, NEC New Zealand Limited, Spark New Zealand, NWN Corporation, and Cisco Systems. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Executive Leadership from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Chico.
