Clare Scott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the diversity and inclusion sector, particularly in the investment and savings industry. As Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director at LGBT Great since January 2019, Clare has focused on enhancing LGBT+ diversity and inclusion through strategic insights and benchmarking tools. Prior to this, Clare served as Managing Director at The Ocean Partnership from June 2009 to July 2023, leading a diversity recruitment team and overseeing operations, finance, and HR for a global client base. Clare began career in recruitment management at Jones Hollick & Wilson, where the focus was on attracting talent for financial services. Clare is partially qualified through the Securities Institute and completed education at Rainham School for Girls.
