Kelsey B.'s work experience includes various roles in HR and people operations. Kelsey has worked as a Director of HR at LG Ad Solutions, where they were responsible for building out the HR function within the company. They also served as an Interim Head of HR at the same company. Prior to LG Ad Solutions, Kelsey worked at PlayStation as a Senior Manager, Strategic People Programs. They also held the position of Senior Manager, People Operations at Shogun. Kelsey has experience in HR operations, as seen in their role as Head of HR Operations at Pantheon Platform, where they handled total rewards, HRBP work, systems, compliance, training, and employee life-cycle programs. In addition, Kelsey has worked in HR roles at Synack, Inc., Coursera, MobileIron, Facebook, and Informatica. Kelsey B. obtained a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Kelsey then pursued a Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University, which they completed in 2019. Additionally, Kelsey obtained several certifications, including "Human Resources: Pay Strategy" in February 2020 and "Organization Design" in March 2019, both from LinkedIn.
