Aleksandar Gerling is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including scientific vacuum, automotive, aerospace, and railway industries. Currently serving as Business Development Manager at Leybold GmbH since January 2022, Aleksandar is responsible for strategic development, market expansion, and partnership agreements within the Scientific Vacuum Division. Prior to this, Aleksandar held the position of Global Business Development Manager at Gauzy GmbH, focusing on strategic operations and partnerships globally. Aleksandar also has project management experience from Mercedes-Benz AG and has developed processes and products at Yanfeng Automotive Interiors. Additionally, Aleksandar began a career as a Technical Engineer at E-TRAXX and held a managerial role at Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf. Academically, Aleksandar holds a Master of Science in International Business Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences.
