Abdullah Mutawi is a prominent legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Partner and Head of Corporate at Taylor Wessing since June 2022, where leadership encompasses a team of 12 lawyers focusing on M&A, private equity, and venture capital in the MENA region. As a co-founder and Chairman of Dubai Angel Investors and Saudi Angel Investors, Abdullah has played a crucial role in investing in early-stage technology startups across various countries. Abdullah's previous positions include Partner and Head of Corporate Commercial at Al Tamimi & Company, Partner at Baker Botts, and Partner at Trowers & Hamlins, where significant contributions to corporate practices and growth of legal teams were made. Abdullah holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Westminster and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law, London.
