Srinivas Kotni is the founder and managing partner of Lexport, a full-service Corporate Law Firm based in New Delhi & Bangalore. Prior to starting Lexport, Kotni was an associate at Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan and worked as a Systems & Secretarial Officer at Varuna Agroproteins Limited. Kotni holds a Bachelor of Laws from Delhi University, a Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi, among other qualifications in Industrial Relations, Information Technology, and Systems Management.
