Zachary Mattingly, PMP, is an experienced Global Customer Operations Manager at Lexmark since July 2013, overseeing daily operations and strategic initiatives for customer service delivery. In previous roles at Lexmark, such as Project Manager, Zachary served as the primary contact for Managed Print Services deployments, leading cross-functional teams and managing project lifecycles. As a Project Coordinator, responsibilities included hardware order management and user acceptance testing. Prior experience includes a finance internship at Kentucky Employers' Mutual Insurance, and Zachary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Kentucky, completed in 2013.
