Drew O'Brien is a finance professional with experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, having completed a year-long industrial placement at Grant Thornton UK LLP, where responsibilities included working on both buy and sell-side mandates across the Healthcare, TMT, and Business Services sectors. Currently, Drew is pursuing a BSc Hons in Finance, Accounting, and Management with a placement year at the University of Nottingham, expected to graduate in June 2024. Additionally, Drew is an active member of the Nottingham Economics & Finance Society and the Nottingham Business & Entrepreneurship Society since September 2020. Prior educational background includes A Levels in Business, Economics, and Physical Education from The Cardinal Vaughan Memorial School.
