Tania Ostanina is an accomplished UX Designer at LexisNexis UK since January 2021, specializing in the discovery and delivery phases of online tool development, significantly enhancing NPS usability scores for core products in recent years. Prior to this role, Tania completed a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction Design at City, University of London, earning distinction and receiving an Outstanding Project Prize for a dissertation focused on persuasive technology for climate change communication.
