Selma Woldemichael is an experienced education professional with extensive expertise in literacy development and teacher training. Currently serving as a District Customer Success Manager at Lexia Learning since January 2016, Selma partners with districts and schools to enhance literacy growth through program implementation. Previous roles include Literacy Specialist/Trainer at Amplify, where training focused on the CKLA Curriculum, and Instructional Coach at EdConnective, providing coaching to K-12 educators through virtual platforms. Selma's background is further enriched by experience as an instructional coach, literacy consultant, and academic specialist, alongside a robust educational foundation including a Master’s in Education from The George Washington University.
