Cindy McGrath is an experienced professional in product management and education, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Product Management at Lexia Learning since May 2023, following a previous role as Manager of Product Management at the same company from January 2022 to 2023. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Education Products at Cricket Media in 2021-2022 and holding multiple roles at United Way of Greenville County, including Product Manager and Volunteer Engagement Manager from 2017 to 2021. Cindy's earlier career included the position of Director of International Programs & ESOL Department at Shannon Forest Christian School, and roles in education as a History & ESL Educator with International Baccalaureate, as well as Lead History Teacher at Pace Center for Girls. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Ministry Leadership/Non-Profit Leadership from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a Certification of Teaching from Florida Atlantic University.
