Morgan Jones currently serves as Vice President of Business Development at Lexeo Therapeutics since June 2024. Prior to this role, Morgan held various positions at Verve Therapeutics, including Executive Director and Senior Director of Business Development & Corporate Strategy from June 2022 to June 2024. Morgan's experience also includes a tenure at Pfizer from April 2018 to June 2022, where roles included Director of Corporate Development Rare Disease, Senior Manager, and Manager of Corporate Development. Before Pfizer, Morgan worked in healthcare investment banking at Jefferies from September 2016 to April 2018 and gained experience in debt capital markets and corporate and institutional banking at PNC from August 2013 to September 2016. Morgan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Penn State University.
