Molly Stroyman is an experienced professional in climate adaptation and community development, currently serving as a Climate Adaptation Officer in the Climate Resilience Team at Lewisham Council since September 2024. In addition to this role, Molly is a Panel Expert with Design South East and an Alumni Board Observer for PUBLIC PRACTICE, contributing to growth strategies and impact measurement frameworks for planning initiatives. Previously, Molly worked as a Stewardship & Community Development Officer at East Herts District Council, where key projects emphasized scalable stewardship and community engagement. Other notable roles include Healthy Streets Officer at Sustrans and Stakeholder Engagement for Environment at COWI, among others. Molly holds an MA in Landscape & Urbanism from Kingston University, with a focus on sustainable design and behavioral change.
