Kass has extensive experience in the energy and utilities sector, having been the President and CEO of Babcock & Wilcox, where leadership was provided during a critical period in the company's history. Additional roles include Senior Director at the Nuclear Energy Institute and Vice President positions at Westinghouse Electric Company and Entergy.
