Mike Rath has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Mike started their career at Sanford Health in 2007 as a Personal Systems Analyst, where they diagnosed, maintained, and installed various equipment. Mike then moved to the role of Personal Systems Administrator, responsible for maintaining software packages, tracking licenses, and managing over 25,000 computers across multiple states. Mike also served as a Project Manager at Sanford Health, overseeing upgrades and new site implementations.
In 2013, Mike joined Profile by Sanford Health as an IT Project Manager, where they helped develop and maintain their core system and managed the installation and maintenance of VOIP systems, databases, and networks.
Since 2014, Mike has been working at Lewis Family Drug, starting as an IT Manager and later being promoted to Director of IT. In this role, they are responsible for migrating systems, onboarding vendors, and upgrading the warehouse management system to improve operations and maintain accurate inventory counts.
Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated strong project management skills, effective coordination and communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Mike Rath earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Colorado Technical University, where they studied from 2005 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Army Signal Corp School (25B) Fort Gordon, Ga from 2000 to 2001, specializing in Information Technology and Communications. Mike Rath was recognized as a Distinguished Honor Grad during their time at Army Signal Corp School.
