Mark G. Tratos, Founding Shareholder of the Las Vegas office of the International Law Firm of Greenberg Traurig is a past co-founder of Quirk & Tratos. Mark is the past Chairman of the Board of the National Judicial College. He is also the Chair of the Board of Visitors of Lewis & Clark Law School and past First Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of Lewis & Clark College. He is Secretary of the Board of Directors of The Smith Center for the Performing Arts and past Chairman of the Board of Advisors for the Smith Center for Performing Arts. Mark is former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Entertainment Development Corporation and the CineVegas Film Festival and has served as general counsel and board member for the Nevada Institute of Contemporary Art and the Lied Children’s Discovery Museum. Mark was acknowledged as the Top Intellectual Property and Entertainment Lawyer in the State of Nevada in the 1999 and 2006 editions of The Nevada Business Journal, was honored as the 2001 Industry Leader of the Year by the UNLV Department of Tourism and Conventions, and was named one of Southern Nevada’s Most Influential Men by In Business, November 2001. Mark has been named as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” in the area of Intellectual Property law each year since 2002.
