Libby is currently active in civil affairs. Previously she was Vice President of Millennium Ventures, LLC, a venture fund of funds, based in Vancouver, Washington. She also serves as a trustee for the Oregon Historical Society and is a past member of the foundation board of Trillium Family Services. She previously served in various capacities for family-held businesses operating under the names Keller Enterprises and HPK, LLC.

Ms. McCaslin, a life-long Portlander, received her AB in English from Stanford University and her JD from Lewis & Clark, where she met her husband Michael, a practicing family-law attorney.
