Carol Van Cleef is the Founder and CEO of Comptegrity, Inc., where anti-money laundering and OFAC compliance training is developed and delivered, alongside consulting services. Additionally, Carol serves as CEO of Luminous Group, LLC, a company specializing in Blockchain Technology, Growth Advisory, and Risk Management Solutions. Carol holds the position of Of Counsel at Lewis Baach Kaufmann Middlemiss PLLC and has been a member of the Board of Directors for BTCS Inc. from April 2021 to January 2024. Previous roles include Chair of the Blockchain and Digital Assets Practice at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP and Partner positions at Baker & Hostetler LLP and Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP. Carol earned a B.S. in Foreign Service with a focus on International Economics from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law.
