Timothy Wetzel has a solid work experience in the culinary industry. Timothy most recently worked at Levy Restaurants as the Director of Operations from July 2021 to the present. Prior to that, they worked at ARAMARK as an Executive Chef from May 2019 to July 2021. Timothy also served as an Executive Chef at Levy Restaurants from May 2016 to May 2019. Timothy gained experience as an Executive Chef at Rosewood Beijing from December 2012 to May 2016 and at Crow Canyon Country Club from March 2012 to January 2013. Additionally, Timothy held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Cordevalle-A rosewood resort from October 2007 to February 2012. Timothy also served as the Executive Chef at PGA West and Sous Chef at Blackhawk Country Club from 2001 to 2003. Timothy began their career as an Executive Chef at Mudds Restaurant from 1998 to 1999 and as a Sous Chef at Splendido Ristorante from 1997 to 1998.

Timothy Wetzel attended Diablo Valley College from 1989 to 1991, where they studied Hotel and Restaurant Management. Timothy did not attain a degree during this time.
