Mathew Minteer currently serves as the General Manager of Concessions at Levy Restaurants since May 2023. Previously, Mathew held the position of Director of Dining Services at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services from September 2021 to May 2023 and worked as a Retail Manager at Sodexo for a brief period in 2021. Mathew's history with Chartwells includes roles as Director of Dining Services, Assistant Director of Dining Services, and Manager in Training from August 2015 to June 2021. Earlier, Mathew was a Patient Flow Coordinator at Crothall Healthcare and completed an internship in Community Outreach at Grove City Medical Center. Mathew's career began with roles at Home City Ice and Old Navy. Mathew earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania in 2014.
