Khaldon Aldweikat is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the GM of Banquets & Conventions at Levy Restaurants since September 2021, Khaldon is responsible for maintaining high service standards and ensuring safety and sanitation. Previous roles include Food and Beverage Outlets Operations Manager at Renaissance Hotels, where Khaldon managed staffing and inventory, and F&B Multi-Unit Operations Manager at HMSHost, focusing on revenue growth and goal monitoring.
