Joya D. Dortch, CMP, currently serves as Vice President of Hospitality Strategies at Levy Restaurants, a position held since July 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Multi-Unit General Manager at Sodexo Live! from September 2021 to July 2024, and multiple leadership roles at Marriott International from August 2014 to September 2020, including Director of Food and Beverage and Director of Event Experience. Joya held the position of Director of Celebrations and Events at Gaylord Entertainment from July 2011 to August 2014, overseeing local catering operations. Joya began a career at The Walt Disney Company, progressing from Guest Service Manager to Creative Event Consultant, contributing to event management across the Disney resort. Educational background includes studies at The Pennsylvania State University.
