Jorge Perez has extensive experience in purchasing and supply chain management within the hospitality industry. Since April 1999, Jorge has served as the Director of Purchasing at Levy Restaurants, specifically at Wrigley Field, where responsibilities include overseeing procurement processes. Prior to this role, Jorge was the Purchasing Manager at Navy Pier from March 1996 to 2003. Jorge holds a degree from DeVry University.
