Ernie DelPizzo currently serves as the Quality Assurance Coordinator at Levy Restaurants, focusing on catering and concessions at the University of Colorado's Folsom Stadium and CU Events Center since December 2014. Prior to this role, Ernie DelPizzo gained extensive experience in the food service industry, including a tenure as General Manager at Ovation Brands, where financial success and team development were achieved in a $3 million buffet restaurant. Other significant positions include General Manager at Seafood Center & Crabhouse, focusing on food and beverage management, and various leadership roles at establishments such as Hometown Buffet Restaurants, Panchos Mexican Buffet, Casa Bonita of Denver, and Z.D.S.
