Rachel Seal-Baron started their work experience in 2016 as an Engineering Student at Ready Engineering. Rachel then held a role as a Store Associate/Database Developer and Administrator at Romantic Notions from April 2016 to May 2017. In 2018, they became a Controls Engineer-in-Training at Ready Engineering until August 2019. Rachel then joined the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Alberta as a Graduate Student starting in September 2019. Their most recent position is as an Electronics Engineer-in-Training at Levven, starting in January 2022.

Rachel Seal-Baron has a strong educational background in engineering and mathematics. From 2019 to 2021, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Integrated Circuits and Systems at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Alberta. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering, with a minor in Mathematics, from the same university. Their undergraduate studies took place from 2013 to 2018. Overall, Rachel has focused their education on the field of engineering, particularly in electrical engineering and integrated circuits and systems.
