Richard Tøpholm is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and technology, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at T&W Engineering A/S since July 2015, where the focus is on developing innovative technology for long-term EEG applications. Prior to this role, Richard worked as an engineer in research and development at Widex A/S from 1989 to September 2015, contributing to the advancement of digital hearing devices. Richard holds a Master of Science in Electronics, Physics, Acoustics, Control, and Space from the Technical University of Denmark, obtained between 1992 and 2003, and completed secondary education at Holte Gymnasium from 1988 to 1991 and basic education at Skovlyskolen from 1978 to 1988.
