Doug Kramer is an experienced marketing and sales professional with a comprehensive background in sales enablement and marketing management. Currently serving as the Sales Enablement Manager at Level365 since September 2017, Doug focuses on supporting the sales team through the development, implementation, and monitoring of effective sales processes. As Marketing Director at the same company, Doug plays a pivotal role in defining and promoting the Level365 brand for small-to-medium sized businesses in the Unified Communications space. Prior to Level365, Doug held various marketing positions at Bright House Networks, where responsibilities included developing marketing programs, managing product roll-outs, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Doug's early career features a role as Marketing Analyst at Nextel, where direct sales initiatives were planned and coordinated. Doug holds an MBA in Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a degree in Business, Finance from Butler University.
