Tom Arrington has extensive experience in manufacturing engineering and programming, currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineering Technician 3 at Leupold + Stevens, Inc. since December 2019. Prior to this role, Tom worked at Warne Scope Mounts as a Programmer/Engineering from November 2016 to December 2019. Tom's career began at Sunset Manufacturing Co., Inc., where responsibilities included CNC programming and operations management from June 1989 to January 2017.
