Mike Ciardi is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants and Land and Sea Dept. since October 2022 and November 2021 respectively. In addition to these roles, Mike operates as a self-employed Chef and Culinary Consultant, specializing in kitchen systems, communication, and product development in the New York City area since 2015. Previous experience includes positions as Executive Chef at The Goddess Group and Kitchen Manager at Totto's Market, as well as Corporate Executive Chef at Morris Adjmi Architects. Mike's culinary career began with a degree from the French Culinary Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Music Business from Loyola University New Orleans.
