Phaneni Thabo Silitshena serves as Chief of Staff at Letshego since August 2021, focusing on strategic alignment and operational efficiency. Previously held the role of Head of Group New Ventures – Commercial, promoting company growth and collaboration on new ventures. As Board Chairman of Southview (Pty) Ltd and Independent Non-Executive Director at Botswana Innovation Hub, Phaneni provides strategic oversight and guidance. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Financial and Non-Bank Financial Institutions at Absa Group, where responsibilities encompassed client relationships and strategic alliances to boost revenue growth. Phaneni has a solid academic background, being a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from the University of Melbourne and completing various leadership and management programs.
