Donnacha Carroll is a skilled Product Designer with extensive experience in UX and UI design across various companies. Currently serving as a Product Designer at LetsGetChecked since February 2021, Donnacha has previously held positions as a Senior Product Designer and Product Designer at Hostelworld Group from November 2016 to February 2021. At Hostelworld, responsibilities included ideating on user flows and features, conducting user testing, and mentoring junior designers. Prior experience at IBM from June 2014 to November 2016 involved UI/UX design for IBM Watson Health, where Donnacha contributed to the adoption of Design Thinking, conducted research, created prototypes, and designed multiple health care applications. Freelance work for multiple clients was undertaken from June 2011 to July 2014. Donnacha holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Visual Communication Design from Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art Design & Technology, earned in 2014.
