Susan McGuire, PCC, is an accomplished coaching professional with extensive experience in human resources and coaching. As the owner of Susan McGuire Coaching & Consulting since January 2020, Susan also serves on the Professional Coaches Board of Director Nominating Committee for the International Coaching Federation and acts as an ICF Mentor Coach. Additionally, Susan works as an Executive Coach and Facilitator at The Art of Strategy Inc. and as a Mentor Coach for Lethbridge College. Previous positions held include director roles in HR operations and talent management at Horizon North Logistics Inc. and Calgary Board of Education, respectively, alongside a substantial tenure at TELUS focused on business development in talent management. Educational qualifications include attendance at McGill University, Mount Royal University, and the University of Calgary.
