Caitlin Mack has worked in the marketing and public relations fields since 2010. Caitlin began their career at DeVries Public Relations as an Account Executive in 2010. In 2012, they moved to VaynerMedia, where they held a series of positions, including Account Director, Senior Account Executive, Account Manager, and Account Supervisor. In 2017, they joined LesserEvil Healthy Brands as a Brand Manager, and was later promoted to Senior Brand Manager and Director of Digital + Brand Marketing.

Caitlin Mack attended Marist College from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, Communication Studies, Fashion Merchandising, French, and Global Studies.
